Why Report?
Reporting concerns about hazing helps protect the safety and well-being of every Wildcat. Whether you have experienced hazing, witnessed it, or are concerned that it may be happening, speaking up can prevent harm. Connecting individuals with support helps create a campus culture built on respect and accountability. Every report matters, and every member of the Wildcat community has a role in preventing hazing.
At the University of Arizona, we are committed to creating a campus where every student feels safe, supported, and respected. Hazing is prohibited and the university takes all reports seriously.
If you ever have concerns about hazing, we encourage you to report it. You do not need to determine whether hazing has occurred before making a report. Sharing a concern allows the university to assess the situation, respond appropriately, support those involved, and prevent harm.
When making a hazing report, include as much detail as possible, such as who was involved, what occurred, when and where the incident happened, and any available witnesses or supporting information.

University of Arizona Police Department (UAPD)
If someone’s health or safety is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are calling from outside of the Tucson area, please contact the University of Arizona Police Department at (520) 621-UAPD (8273).
The University of Arizona Hazing Hotline
Call (520) 626-HAZE (4293) to report suspected or recent hazing incidents. The hotline is available 24/7 to students, employees, families, and community members and helps connect reports with the appropriate university officials for follow-up.
*The University of Arizona Hazing Hotline is NOT an emergency service. In an emergency situation, please dial 911 or contact UAPD.
The Dean of Students Office
Submit a hazing report online through the Dean of Students Incident Report Referral Form. The Dean of Students Office works with campus partners to assess concerns and connect students with support resources.
